- Your confidential information is of the utmost importance to us.Your personal information is gathered by The Bidwell Group and held in our main office in Medford, NJ. We will only ask you for the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you as our client. This may include, but not limited to information to complete transactions for processing payments, such as credit card information, name, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
- We will not disclose any personal information unnecessarily, there may be cases in which you are working with third party contractors and you will be advised of what information they will need.
- All personal & credit card information shall remain confidential. In unusual cases we may release information to parties where we are required by law, or when it is necessary to collect money owed to us.
- We do not sell or trade your personal information with anyone.
- In the case of Inclement Weather: If weather conditions make traveling dangerous (snow, sleet, ice, flooding, etc) all service requests and previously arranged appointments will be rescheduled to another day. Safety is our number one priority for our staff.
- Service Cancellations: Require 24 hours notice. This is in order to make our time available to other clients who may need our assistance. Missed appointments will incur the full service fee that was booked.
- Client Referrals: For each new client who is reffered and who uses our service, you will receive one free hour of concierge services.
- Business Hours: Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Urgent services and off hour appointments will be subject to additional hourly service charges.
- Service Area: Now serving the majority of Burlington & Camden Counties, including but not limited to Medford, Moorestown, Mt, Laurel, Cherry Hill ,Voorhees, Haddonfield, Haddon Heights, Marlton, Lumberton, and surrounding areas.
